1. Check your tracking information in [My account] - [My Orders] (Shipped). After clicking "Order Tracking", you will see the Tracking No. and shipping company contact information. Please contact the shipping company for getting detailed shipping information easily.

Your patience will be highly appreciated.

2. Order Cancellation

We offer full refund if the order is canceled within 24 hours of your purchase. You shoulder submit a help Ticket from Contact Us once you decide to cancel the order. For Orders canceled after 24 hours of purchase but have not been shipped,we will offer partial refund after charging a 15% cancellation fee. We will NOT accept order cancellation request if the orders have been shipped.

3. Order Statuses:

Waiting for payment: Please follow these instructions: You haven't paid your order yet. Please feel free to pay your order now.Once we receive your payment, we will process your order.

Pending: You have attempted to pay us via PayPal e-

check. At this time we haven't received your payment yet, please check your Paypal account or bank account balance and confirm whether your funds are sufficient. If the payment has been completed successfully, please send us (support@aiiliving.com) the transaction ID or payment proof to speed up the process.

Paid: You have just paid for your order, our server will

upload your order shortly and we will start to process your order. Thank you for your patience.

Partial order dispatched: A part of your order has left our warehouse and has been already collected by the courier. The

other items are still being prepared for shipment. At this point, you can still contact us to edit the address/items for the items that are not dispatched yet. We will send these as soon as possible.

Dispatched: Your complete order has left our

warehouse and has been collected by the courier for the shipment. We cannot edit your order anymore.

Partial order shipped: A part of your order has been sent out and is on its way to you. The other items are still being prepared for shipment. We will ship the rest of the items out as soon as possible.

Shipped Out: Your complete order has been sent out to you and is now on its way to you.

* During peak season Standard shipping delivery may take longer.

Canceled: Your unpaid order is canceled. Please feel free to replace an order anytime.

Refunded: Your order has been refunded on our side. About Payments:
